Experience: Eric is a corporate and commercial lawyer with decades of experience, including (prior to establishing Poplar Legal) as a Partner of a leading global law firm.

Eric has extensive experience advising on equity capital markets (including ASX-listings) and M&A transactions across a range of industries, including project and business acquisitions and divestments.

Eric also regularly advises on general corporate, contractual and commercial matters and on legislative and regulatory matters, including on ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.

Eric's additional experience includes advising on energy and resources agreements such as earn-in arrangements, joint ventures, offtake agreements, royalty agreements, mineral streaming arrangements and project development agreements.
